Low Carb Tater Tots (Vegan, GF, Keto)

Wanting to impress some guests with a cute/healthy hors d'oevre at your next dinner party? Or maybe your like me and you just want to stuff your face with something yummy that isn't going to wreak havoc on your blood sugar levels! Either way, this is the recipe for YOU.


These cauliflower tots are a fun twist on the classic potato version, slightly more flavourful and a lot better for your tum. 


So here is it!! Your tastebuds will thank you :)




- 4 cups of riced cauliflower

- 1/2 cup chickpea flour

- 2 tablespoons of olive oil

- 2 tablespoons of tahini

- 1.5 teaspoons of garlic powder

- 1 teaspoon of sea salt 

- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper

- 2 tablespoons of finely chopped chives

- 1/4 cup of water 





In a big bowl add cauliflower and chickpea flour, mix together. 

Add salt, pepper, garlic powder and chives and mix in.

Drizzle oil into the bowl over cauli mixture, then tahini, then water, mix together with hands until it starts to feel like a paste-like texture.


Preheat over to 350 degrees.


Form mixture into small balls (this process is kinda of messy/sticky but its worth it in the end!!)


Place balls on parchment paper and bake for 35-40 minutes... VOILA you have completed this recipe.
